Non Profit
Chief Information Officer
Background: The Artisan Group was tasked to assist a nationally known health non-profit in the identification and selection of a new Chief Information Officer. The client’s IT function was struggling to effectively serve constituents and deliver on project milestones. After identifying critical success factors, and devising a new position description, Artisan built a candidate pool comprised of 6 individuals. Artisan also designed a two-stage interview process that included both panel interview and individual interview components, leveraged behavioral interviewing methods, and incorporated a customized scoring process. The candidate pool was reduced to two individuals and a finalist was selected. Artisan handled all compensation negotiations, and secured a job offer acceptance from the selected candidate.
