Vice President of Field Operations
Background: Our Client, a National Health Care Non-Profit Organization, with
multiple points of presence (over 75 locations), sought to identify a senior
executive to perform in a newly created role entitled Vice President of Field
Operations.
The Artisan Group was asked to take on this assignment after efforts by a
prominent national recruiting firm had stalled.
The client required an individual who had a proven track record within the
Voluntary Health Agency sector, who had direct previous responsibility for
generating blended revenues (Special Event, Major Gifts, Planned Gifts) in excess
of $30 Million annually, and whose previous experience suggested a clear ability to
direct the activities of numerous field offices located around the country.
Additionally, the client mandated that all candidates possess demonstrated
success in devising and deploying significant new development and fundraising
initiatives.
After performing preliminary research and developing a detailed search plan,
Artisan rapidly constructed and delivered a candidate pool comprised of three
highly talented executives who met the established criteria for this role.
Artisan additionally facilitated all aspects of the Client interview process and aided
in final negotiations with the selected candidate. This search was completed in 52
days.
