Background: The Client organization, a nationally known non-profit, sought a key
Human Resources executive to upgrade all aspects of its HR organization’s service
offerings and delivery methods within the following areas: recruitment and
retention, staff development and training, compensation and performance
analysis, etc.
After interviewing executive leadership and drafting a comprehensive position
description, a pool of five candidates was subsequently identified, sourced, and
presented.
The candidate pool was uniformly comprised of individuals who had a
demonstrated record of achievement in Human Resources, who had successfully
performed in HR leadership roles with increasing levels of responsibility and
oversight, and who had secured a Masters Degree oriented to Human Resources.
After conducting initial and second level interviews, the client selected a finalist
and extended an offer that was immediately accepted. This search was completed
in 47 days.
