So, on Saturday, I brewed my first batch of beer. The process involved a number of steps and took about 3.5 hours (much of this time was spent making wort, which is now fermenting).

The Beer is in a plastic bucket which contains an airlock (to allow Co2 out, and keep bacteria from coming in). Click on the short video below to hear the delightful sound of beer fermenting!
